Job summary

SATIATE INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. seeks a site supervisor to lead a rebar works team, coordinating manpower, work orders, and cross-trade collaboration to maintain safety and efficiency on site.

You will interpret construction drawings and use AutoCAD to guide execution while coordinating with formworks, concrete teams, and contractors to meet daily targets and project timelines in Singapore’s outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise a team of 20+ workers to meet daily rebar targets.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and AutoCAD.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and Safe Working Practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20 or more workers to achieve daily rebar work targets.
• Arrange daily manpower deployment to optimize workforce efficiency.
• Assign daily work orders to individual teams with clear quantity targets.
• Interpret construction drawings and utilize AutoCAD software to guide work execution.
• Coordinate daily with internal trades such as formworks and concrete teams to synchronize activities.
• Liaise daily with the main contractor and other subcontractors to resolve technical issues and align work scopes.
• Provide full-time supervision to ensure all team members work safely and comply with safety procedures.
• Enforce adherence to Safe Working Procedures and promptly rectify any non-compliance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily records of work progress and manpower.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including carrying heavy construction materials as required.
• Work effectively under hot outdoor conditions to maintain project timelines.
