Job summary

GREATSTONE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks an on-site supervisor with at least 2 years in rebar works to lead a team of 20+ workers under hot sun conditions. The role requires coordinating with main contractors and multiple trades, ensuring safety compliance and timely reporting.

You will issue daily work orders, manage manpower allocations, and maintain accurate records. Experience with AutoCAD is preferred to review drawings and assist in on-site planning.

Qualifications

• Require carrying heavy construction materials as and when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ workers on site daily.
• Prepare and issue daily work orders with quantities to teams.
• Coordinate with formworks, concrete and other trades on site.
• Liaise with Main contractor to solve technical issues.
• Supervise workers to ensure Safe Working Procedures are followed.
• Prepare daily records and submit monthly manpower reports.

Job description

• Must be able to work under hot sun.
• Require carrying heavy construction materials as and when needed.
• Familiar with Construction drawings and AutoCAD software.
• Daily manpower arrangement.
• Daily work order to individual teams with quantity assigned.
• Internal Daily coordination with other trades such as formworks & concrete.
• External Daily coordination with a Main contractor or other sub-contractors.
• Liaise with the Main contractor to solve any technical issues.
• Daily full-time supervision for the team
  • Coordinate job scopes for Chinese and NTS workers. Ensure workers are all in a safe working manner.
  • Ensure workers follow Safe Working Procedure. Rectify for any non-compliance.
• Prepare daily records.
• Prepare and submit monthly manpower records, work done description with quantity to project management.
