Job summary

SATIATE CONSTRUCTION (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to lead rebar teams on construction sites in Singapore. You will coordinate manpower, interpret drawings, and liaise with contractors to resolve technical issues.

The role requires supervising 20+ workers, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining daily records. On-site work under outdoor conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in rebar works.

Job Summary

Lead and supervise rebar works teams to ensure safe, efficient construction operations. Coordinate daily manpower and work orders, liaise with contractors to resolve technical issues, and maintain accurate project records.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 20 or more workers to achieve daily rebar work targets
• Coordinate daily manpower deployment and assign work orders with specific quantities to teams
• Interpret construction drawings and utilize AutoCAD software to guide work execution
• Collaborate internally with formwork and concrete teams to synchronize workflow
• Liaise externally with main contractors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues promptly
• Supervise team members full-time on-site to ensure compliance with safe working procedures
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols, identifying and rectifying non-compliance
• Prepare and maintain daily work records and reports
• Compile and submit monthly manpower records and detailed work descriptions with quantities to project management
• Perform physical tasks including carrying heavy construction materials and working under outdoor conditions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in rebar works
