LTCC E&C PTE. LTD. seeks a Rebar Foreman to lead and supervise a crew of 10-20 workers in cutting, bending, handling and fixing rebars to meet production targets on site in Singapore.

You will provide technical briefings, ensure compliance with design requirements, and coordinate with project managers and other trades while enforcing safety protocols under the WSH Act. A 12-hour rotating day/night shift is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rebar Foreman or Senior Rebar Worker in the construction industry.

Aufgaben

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of rebar workers in cutting, bending, handling, and fixing rebars to achieve production targets.
• Provide clear technical briefings to the team to guide site operations.
• Ensure all rebar works, including bar size, spacing lap length, and concrete cover, fully comply with design requirements.
• Conduct self-inspections and prepare work for official checks.
• Develop detailed weekly and daily work plans to ensure rebar activities are well-coordinated with other trades and do not delay the overall project schedule.
• Manage rebar material delivery, inventory, and usage to minimize waste.
• Act as the responsible person for workplace safety, enforcing the WSH Act, conducting daily Tool Box Meetings, and ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Serve as the primary interface for rebar works, maintaining effective communication with project managers, client representatives, consultant engineers, and other trade foremen to report progress and resolve site issues promptly.

Requirements & Skills

• Ability to adapt to the site environment and complete high-intensity tasks on schedule.
• Willingness to commit to particular job requirements, specifically a 12-hour rotating day and night shift pattern.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents will be given priority.
