The role requires reading plumbing drawings, interpreting construction details, and ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and project requirements. You will attend site meetings, supervise daily plumbing installation works, and maintain safety and quality standards on site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plumbing works and site supervision.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain plumbing drawings independently.
• Translate drawing details into clear work instructions for subcontractors.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for site meetings.
• Familiar with Singapore construction site practices and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with main contractor, consultants, and other parties and communicate progress clearly.
• Read, interpret and understand plumbing drawings, layouts and construction details.
• Review drawings before work and explain requirements to subcontractors.
• Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing installation works per drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors and other trades for smooth operations.
• Monitor progress, workmanship and quality per project schedule.
• Identify discrepancies between site conditions and drawings and report issues.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on rectifications.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor with strong knowledge of plumbing works, the ability to interpret plumbing drawings, and good communication skills to coordinate site activities and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with the main contractor, consultants, and other relevant parties, and communicate site progress, work requirements, and technical issues clearly.
• Read, interpret, and understand plumbing drawings, layouts, and relevant construction details.
• Review plumbing drawings before commencement of work and explain the work requirements clearly and correctly to subcontractors.
• Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing installation works to ensure they are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor work progress, workmanship, and quality, and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
• Identify discrepancies between site conditions and drawings, and report technical issues for clarification and resolution.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on rectification works.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and construction procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience inplumbing works and site supervision.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident due to site restrictions.
• Able to read, interpret, and explain plumbingdrawings independently.

• Good communication and coordination skills, withthe confidence to attend and participate in site meetings.
• Able to work independently, solve site problems,and coordinate effectively with the project team.
