Job summary

TC BUILDER & MACHINERY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee lift upgrading projects on site, ensuring adherence to drawings, specs, and safety.

You'll coordinate with lift contractors and trades, monitor quality, maintain schedules, and communicate with residents to minimize disruption while upholding WSH rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction / A&A / upgrading projects.
• Experience in builder works (structural & finishing, including tiling) preferred.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site works including hacking, brickwork, tiling, plastering, waterproofing, and general finishes.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and safe work practices.
• Monitor work quality, especially lift shaft alignment, structural works, and tiling finishes.
