Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction site operations to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Verify that construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and building procedures
• Coordinate communication and workflow among contractors, subcontractors, workers, and project managers to optimize site productivity
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on site activities for stakeholders
• Implement and enforce workplace safety practices in compliance with MOM regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve on-site issues promptly, ensuring continuous workflow
• Manage site layout planning to support efficient construction processes and regulatory adherence
