We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Site Supervisor to join our HG Works team. You will be the key person on the ground, responsible for leading daily site operations and ensuring our prestigious landed housing projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness. This role requires strong leadership, solid structural knowledge, and experience in coordinating architectural and M&E works.
Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily site construction activities for landed residential projects, including A&A, reconstruction, and premium renovations.
Oversee substructure works (piling, footings, ground beams) and superstructure works (columns, beams, slabs, walls, roof structures).
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion.
Plan and schedule work sequences to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all workmanship meets design specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to ensure accurate execution.
Identify and resolve technical discrepancies and site issues promptly.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with MOM and WSH regulations, including conducting daily toolbox meetings.
Ensure all works comply with BCA and URA regulations.
Manage material requisitions, deliveries, and storage to ensure availability and minimize wastage.
Monitor and report on site progress, manpower allocation, and any issues to the Project Manager/Engineer.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports and documentation.
Maintain accurate site records, including inspection logs, safety checklists, and delivery orders.
Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field (BCA-recognized).
Must hold a valid BCA CoreTrade Certificate (minimum as a Tradesman; preferably Foreman or Supervisor level in Structural, Architectural, or M&E trades).
Minimum 3 to 5 years of site supervision experience in Singapore's construction industry.
At least 2 to 3 years of direct experience in landed housing projects (Good Class Bungalows, Semi-Detached, Terrace houses, A&A, or high-end renovations) is a must.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequences, and local building codes (BCA, URA).
Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and M&E drawings independently.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, particularly in finishing quality and material matching.
Valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervisor Safety) certificate.
Valid Work at Height Supervisor certificate.
Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
Ability to work alternate Saturdays as required.
