Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee structural and architectural works on site in line with approved drawings and schedules.

You will monitor subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and report progress to the Project Manager or Site Engineer. The role requires strong coordination with consultants and multiple parties to keep activities on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience in structural or architectural works.
• Diploma / Nitec in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site coordination.
• Able to supervise subcontractors and ensure work on schedule.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and site safety practices.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple parties on site.


• Diploma / Nitec in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.


• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in main contractor projects will be an advantage.
