Job summary

L & L CONSTRUCTION AND TRADING (PTE. LTD.) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to supervise on-site teams and deliver quality projects on time.

You will coordinate trades, monitor safety compliance, and maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading site inspections, guiding training, preparing reports and budgets, and collaborating with architects to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Competent in English to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Conduct equipment, material, and routine site inspections to maintain quality and safety
• Schedule and lead regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff to align project goals
• Prepare and present reports, budgets, and project plans to relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making
• Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
• Stay current with safety codes and construction industry advancements to implement best practices
• Assist in recruiting and training new staff to build a competent workforce
• Manage project paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required to oversee operations

Required competencies and certifications
