Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Construction Project Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, manage the workforce, and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to ensure progress on schedule. The role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities on-site.

Key responsibilities include supervising site activities, enforcing safety rules, conducting inspections, maintaining records, and reporting progress to the project

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of construction site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and workforce.
• Coordinate with project manager, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedule, progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Plan daily work programs and allocate manpower and resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, regulations, and policies.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Maintain site safety records and report incidents immediately.
• Inspect materials, tools, and work to ensure quality standards.
• Resolve onsite technical and work-related issues with engineers or consultants.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented for any defects.
• Maintain site records including attendance, daily work logs, and progress reports.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly project progress reports.
• Coordinate material delivery and maintain inventory control.
• Supervise and guide site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure productivity and discipline of site workforce.
• Communicate clearly with management regarding site status and issues.
