Job summary

L & L CONSTRUCTION AND TRADING (PTE. LTD.) is seeking a capable construction supervisor to oversee multiple sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. You will monitor safety compliance, coordinate with architects, and manage reporting and training activities across sites.

The role requires leadership experience in construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in the construction industry.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead construction teams to achieve quality work within strict deadlines.
• Monitor construction processes and conduct equipment, material, and site inspections to ensure compliance and quality.
• Develop and deliver training and team-building sessions to enhance team performance.
• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations throughout all construction activities.
• Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff to align project goals.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, budgets, and project plans to relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Stay informed on current safety codes and advancements in construction methods to maintain best practices.
• Assist in recruiting and training new staff to build a competent construction workforce.
• Manage project paperwork and travel to multiple construction sites as required to oversee operations
