Responsabilidades

• Coordinate teams to achieve quality construction work within strict deadlines.
• Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.
• Develop and deliver training and team-building sessions to enhance team performance.
• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations throughout all project phases.
• Conduct equipment, material, and routine site inspections to maintain quality and safety.
• Schedule and lead regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff to align project goals.
• Prepare and present reports, budgets, and project plans to relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Stay current with safety codes and construction industry advancements to implement best practices.
• Assist in recruiting and training new staff to build a competent workforce.
• Manage project paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required to oversee operations.
