Job summary

CONPLUS RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking a diligent Site Coordinator to plan and schedule projects, deploy manpower to sites, and supervise daily site operations including safety and quality control. You will liaise with suppliers for materials and coordinate with customers on schedules and requirements.

The role requires an ITE or Diploma in construction (or 5 years of experience), strong communication, and a valid Class 3 driving licence; 6-day work week is expected.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Construction related certificate or minimum 5 years experiences in construction
• Dynamic, energetic, initiative and ability to work well independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess Class 3 driving licence
• 6 days work week

Responsibilities

• To plan and schedule new and on-going projects
• To plan and deploy manpower to site
• To coordinate, organise and supervise day to day site work including safety and quality control and sub-contractors
• To procure materials require for projects and liaise with suppliers on deliver schedules
• To ensure progress of work meets project timeline
• To inspect work on site and inform Project Manager of any defects or non-compliance
• To prepare and submit progress report, work completion report
• To attend site meeting and liaise with customers on schedules, requirements and quality
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned
