Job summary

KNS Construction & Engineering PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee on-site activities, ensure drawings compliance, coordinate with contractors, attend meetings, manage labour, and provide technical solutions. This role demands strong communication, independence, and at least 5 years of experience in construction in Singapore.

The position offers exposure to diverse projects and requires vigilant adherence to safety and regulatory standards on site.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of construction industry experience.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor and control project for compliance to specifications and drawings.
• Resolve site technical issues to ensure consultant approval of work.
• Liaise with main-contractors, sub-contractors, clients and other parties involved.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, prepare and submit necessary documents/reports.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising the labour force.
• Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.
• Ensure compliance to Governmental, Building Rules, Regulations and Safety at site.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability.
