Jardine Engineering (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an M&E Site Supervisor to oversee M&E installation works on construction sites, with emphasis on ACMV, piping and ducting. The role requires hands-on coordination and strict adherence to drawings and schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
You will supervise subcontractors and on-site teams, monitor safety, quality and progress, coordinate with engineers and workers, assist in testing and commissioning, and provide clear updates on site
The M&E Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating M&E works at construction sites, with a focus on ACMV, piping and ducting works. This is an urgent position, and candidates who can commence work immediately or at short notice will be favourably considered.
Supervise and coordinate M&E installation works, particularly ACMV, piping and ducting works
Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and workers on site activities and work sequences
Check installation works against drawings and resolve site discrepancies or clashes
Coordinate M&E works with other trades for smooth site execution
Monitor workmanship, productivity and progress of subcontractors and workers
Conduct site inspections and follow up on rectification works
Assist in testing, commissioning and inspection activities
Ensure compliance with site safety and quality requirements
Provide updates on site progress and issues
NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
Relevant M&E construction site experience
Good practical knowledge of ACMV, piping and ducting works
Able to read and understand M&E and construction drawings
Familiar with site coordination and construction practices
Able to supervise subcontractors and site workers effectively
Immediate or short-notice availability preferred due to urgent project requirements
