Job description

We are seeking a responsible and hands‑on Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The successful candidate will coordinate site operations, supervise workers and subcontractors, and support the project team in achieving project targets.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• Ensure good Environmental, Safety, and Health practices are carried out at all times.
• Attend the daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instructions accordingly.
• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Role Requirements:

• Possesses SCWSH (BCSS); mandatory.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in building construction.
• Possesses Pavement Supervisor Certificate / Road Maintenance Certificate.
• Experience in site logistic management advantageous.
• Highly proactive, self‑motivated, team‑player, strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Project location: Lorong Halus area.
