Job summary

TRISTAR E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee ground improvement activities, plan and monitor progress, and assist the Project Manager in daily execution on site.

The role emphasizes strong safety practices, coordination with subcontractors, and adherence to construction drawings. Qualified candidates should have SCWSH (BCSS) certification, are proactive, self-motivated, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• SCWSH (BCSS) mandatory.
• Experience in site logistics management advantageous.

• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground improvement activities: planning, implementing, monitoring progress.
• Assist Project Manager/Engineer in daily execution of work.
• Ensure Environmental, Safety and Health practices are followed at all times.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and convey clear instructions.
• Supervise subcontractors and in-house workers.
• Coordinate with site operations to meet project schedule.
• Ensure installation aligns with construction drawings.
• Monitor progress and quality of work performed by workers.
• Maintain workmanship within acceptable standards.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the ground improvement related activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• Ensure good Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carries out at all times.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
• Experiences in site logistic management will be advantageous.
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
