Job summary

YESHENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to manage daily construction activities on site, ensuring progress and no idle workers.

You will coordinate with the main contractor, review drawings and schedules, and represent the company in site meetings while leading a team to meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience working at construction site as Subcon Site supervisor or Incharge.
• Knowledge of RC works (rebar, formwork, concreting) throughout the process.
• Knowledge of labour production rate for RC works.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Strong leadership abilities.
