Job summary

KYE ELECTRICAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Site Engineer in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers on site, ensuring work complies with drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities include checking drawings, coordinating methods and sequencing with sub-contractors, monitoring progress, maintaining safety, and assisting in manpower scheduling to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of building experience.
• Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details.
• Completed at least 1 building project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors to ensure work aligns with specifications and quality requirements.
• Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

Job description

The Site Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Site Engineer in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers over site works, ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.

Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.

Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of works manship and compliance with contract requirements.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.

Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.

Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.

Supervision of Subcontractors work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.

Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

Requirements:

Experience: 3 - 5 years of Building experience

Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details

Completed at least 1 building project
