D' ALLIANCE ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Safety Officer to manage risks and ensure compliance on construction sites in Singapore. The role focuses on safeguarding workers, machinery, and site processes under MOM regulations.

Ideal candidates hold WSH qualifications and a Certificate in WSH with at least five years of hands-on health and safety experience in building construction. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

WSH qualifications and Certificate in WSH required.
Certified Safety Management Officer desirable.
At least 5 years of practical safety experience in building construction.
Solid knowledge of WSH Act and compliance.

Responsibilities

Identify, review and assess risk arising from the workplace.
Ensure all site machinery and equipment are in good working condition with required certificates.
Conduct daily site safety inspections and enforce MOM Safety Acts and Regulations.
Attend to issues related to workplace safety, health and environmental control.
Liaise with site operations staff on safety and health matters.
Ensure systems and processes comply with regulatory requirements.
Perform Safe Management Officer duties.
Ensure all workers wear PPE at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
