Job summary

Sanofi in Singapore seeks a Site Engineering Specialist to drive maintenance, reliability, and project execution. You will manage planning/scheduling for process and utility systems, operate the CMMS (SAP) to track preventive tasks, and coordinate capital projects from concept to handover.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and experience in regulated environments, plus strong communication and GMP knowledge. A cross-functional, growth‑oriented team awaits.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical and, Instrumentation, Automation, discipline).
• Experience in maintenance/reliability engineering and/or project engineering in industrial/regulatory environments.
• CMMS proficiency (SAP or equivalent) and planning/scheduling knowledge.
• Strong written communication for SOPs, deviation and project reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with BMS is a plus.
• GMP/Quality & Change Control understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring of process and utility systems.
• Act as CMMS expert (SAP or equivalent) for preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, servicing, and repair activities.
• Write and update SOPs for utility and equipment operations.
• Prepare reliability KPIs and annual utility performance reports.
• Manage engineering/capital projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Support qualification/validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and change controls.
• Participate in budget planning and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/EHS standards and drive continuous improvement.
