Job summary

Sanofi Singapore is seeking a Head of Clean Utilities/Black Facilities and Sustainability to lead safe, compliant operation of utility systems and the site’s sustainability agenda. You will own the maintenance, reliability, and budgets while driving cross-functional initiatives to meet Planet Care targets.

The role combines engineering leadership with project delivery, ensuring readiness through IQ/OQ/PQ activities and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience managing clean utilities in complex environments.
• Experience with Energy and Environmental management systems, programs and projects.
• Strong people management and leadership.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
• CMMS proficiency (SAP or equivalent).
• Strong written communication (SOPs, deviation reports, project and performance reports).

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, compliant operation of Clean Utilities and related infrastructure.
• Lead maintenance planning, preventive and corrective maintenance and SOPs.
• Define reliability KPIs and annual utility performance reports.
• Drive sustainability initiatives for CO2, energy, water and waste.
• Provide input to capital projects and change controls for utility systems.
• Coach and develop a technical team; foster safety culture.
