Job summary

IDEMIA Group is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional in Singapore to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. You will collaborate with development and operations to maintain robust infrastructure, automate deployments, and drive high availability.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in software development, DevOps or SRE.
• Curious, strong communicator, able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain platforms after go-live by monitoring availability and performance.
• Recover from incidents to meet SLAs and minimize downtime.
• Set up, enhance and maintain observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Assist in incident response, root-cause analysis, and postmortem documentation.
• Develop tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency and CI/CD pipelines.
