Qualifications
- 1–3 years in software development, DevOps or SRE.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/CS/CE or related field.
- Strong Linux/Unix and shell scripting basics.
Responsibilities
- Maintain platforms after go-live by monitoring availability and performance.
- Recover platforms during incidents to meet SLOs.
- Set up and maintain observability tools.
- Assist in incident response and root cause analysis.
- Develop tools/scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with software engineers to design scalable systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and reduce alert fatigue.
- Document configurations and best practices.
- Support other efficiency improvement initiatives.
