Job summary

ADDCEL ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a QA/QC professional to drive inspections and implement QA/QC systems on site. You will coordinate QA/QC documentation with site subcontractors and participate in weekly QA/QC meetings with the client.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years of QA/QC experience on process utilities, and a CWI certification. Proficiency in Excel/Word and knowledge of ASME/API/AWS/NACE standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of QA/QC experience in process utilities systems.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is required.
• Familiar with ASME/API/AWS/NACE and related DSEN standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & conduct quality inspections, coordinate for non-destructive testing & implement QA/QC management system at site
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
• Complete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses
• Coordinate with site / client on all quality issues coordinate and attend the QA/QC site weekly meetings
• Consult QAQC Lead on all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
• Participate in the quality internal and external audits
