Yamato Energy PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced QA/QC Engineer to develop and implement quality control systems across projects.

You will establish ITPs, manage all QA/QC documentation, and oversee welding, NDT, and hydro/pneumatic testing, ensuring strict compliance with client and industry standards. The role requires CSWIP Welding Inspector certification, strong interpretation of drawings and codes, and at least 5 years in QA/QC within process plant construction or related fields.

Competenze

Degree in Engineering preferred; related disciplines may be considered.
Working knowledge of welding procedures and NDT techniques will be an added advantage.
Experience with quality testing machines and systems.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience as QA/QC engineer.
Must have CSWIP Welding Inspector Certificate Proficiency.

Mansioni

Develop and implement quality control systems.
Establish quality program and ITP for projects.
Manage QA/QC documents (certificates, calibration, test results, NCRs, site observations).
Determine and maintain inspection and test standards; oversee testing methods.
Perform incoming material inspections and prepare QC reports.
Inspect materials, equipment, processes and products to meet quality specs.
Witness hydro/pneumatic testing and NDT activities.
Prepare inspection reports and ensure client submission of QC documents.
Review contractor's quality manuals, ITPs, WPS/WPQ, NDT qualifications and related docs.
Supervise field QC inspectors for visual, NDT, and NCR follow-up.
