Job summary

FUCHI PTE LTD is seeking a QA/QC professional to oversee civil, foundation and ERSS works on site. The role emphasizes inspection discipline, adherence to drawings and specifications, and robust documentation practices.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients to resolve quality issues and support project audits. The candidate should bring 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in civil or ERSS works, with a good grasp of construction drawings and QA/QC procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in civil, foundation, structural or ERSS works.
• Experience in sheet piling, deep excavation or temporary works is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications and QA/QC procedures.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA/QC inspections for ERSS works, including sheet piling, soldier piles, strutting, walers, decking and excavation support.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain ITP, inspection requests, checklists, test reports and quality records.
• Identify and follow up on defects, NCRs and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections with Consultants, Main Contractors and Clients.
• Conduct site quality checks and support project audits.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers and Technical teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain proper as-built and project quality documentation.
