Job summary

checc(singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking a QA/QC Manager to assure quality across construction sites in Singapore. The role focuses on enforcing QAQC requirements, coordinating inspections for structural and architectural works, and facilitating CONQUAS assessments per BCA specifications.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of QA/QC management in civil/construction projects, and demonstrates experience with large-scale infrastructure. On-site work and adherence to high standards are essential.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience as QA/QC Manager in construction/civil engineering.
Senior Executive level in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Experience in large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Ensure quality of all on-site construction work per QAQC requirements.
Visit project sites and conduct QAQC inspections on structural and architectural works.
Assist project teams with CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment per BCA requirements.
Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements meet specified standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with method statements and proper sequence.
Maintain all quality records and audit plans.
Any other duties as assigned.
