Job summary

FUCHI PTE LTD seeks a proactive Senior / Site Engineer to lead the execution of ERSS / TERS and civil engineering projects at project sites in Singapore. You will take full responsibility for site coordination, supervision, technical support, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to manage site operations, and effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of construction experience.
• Experience in ERSS/TERS projects preferred.
• Strong site coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• WSH compliance knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD/BIM knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily site activities and construction works.
• Coordinate site operations, resources, and sequencing.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of works.
• Supervise site supervisors, workers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure execution per drawings and specifications.
• Maintain site records, reports, and drawings.
