Job summary

Jungheinrich Singapore is seeking a Site Manager to lead project implementations for racking systems, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You will collaborate with sales for design and site surveys, manage subcontractors, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or Diploma with project management certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of project environment experience.
• Exposure to ASRS, 4-way Shutters, Conveyor, AGV would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and project management experience.
• Good structural and process knowledge.
• Hands-on and self-driven.
• PMP certification and WSH qualifications are a plus.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Experience in contractor management.
• Familiarity with warehousing, construction, or machinery industry.
• Effective decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, delegate, and manage projects.
• Willingness to work in a project site environment where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with local suppliers and assembly teams.
• Partner with the Central Quality department to provide feedback on project supplier systems.
• Conduct yearly quality analyses of suppliers and subcontractors.
