Job summary

Jungheinrich Singapore invites a Site Manager to lead project implementation across warehousing and material handling sites. You will oversee design, site surveys, and integration work, guiding subcontractors and coordinating with sales to ensure seamless delivery from contract to operation.

The role requires 3+ years in project environments, strong English communication, and hands-on expertise in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma with PM certifications required.
• 3+ years of project environment experience.
• Exposure to ASRS, 4-way Shutters, Conveyor, AGV is a plus.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Good structural and process knowledge.
• Hands-on and self-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• PMP and WSH qualifications are a plus.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Experience in contractor management.
• Familiarity with warehousing, construction, or machinery industry.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, delegate and manage projects.
• Willingness to work on construction sites if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.
• Collaborate with sales to provide design, calculations, and site survey input.
• Serve as the go-to expert for racking systems design and site management.
• Manage subcontractors and oversee workmanship during implementation.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
• Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the implementation.
• Align expectations with stakeholders including customers, contractors and suppliers.
• Adhere to company implementation processes and guidelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve post-implementation defects.
• Provide technical guidance for machine-to-software integration.
• Develop relationships with local suppliers and assembly teams.
• Partner with Central Quality to feedback on supplier systems.
• Conduct annual quality analyses of suppliers and subcontractors.
