Job summary

DELTA TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD is seeking a project coordination professional in Singapore to manage and coordinate company projects end-to-end. You will oversee QS work, budgets, drawings, meetings, site walks, and progress while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role involves drafting AutoCAD drawings, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and maintaining project documentation and ISO records. Strong communication with clients is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting AutoCAD drawings and layouts.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi-discipline activities.
• Proficiency in reading and extracting quantities from drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects including QS work, budgets, variations, drawings, meetings, site walks and progress.
• Ensure smooth operation of project flow from start to end.
• Plan and forecast all technical activities to assure quality from conception to completion.
• Understand project plans to determine construction methods.
• Draft AutoCAD drawings and shop/layout diagrams.
• Hold regular client meetings to clarify requirements.

Job description

1. 1. Manage and coordinate projects undertaken by the company including QS work, project budgets, VOs, drawings, meetings, site walks, site installations, material transportations, technical support, labour, inspections and completion of the projects.
2. 2. Ensure smooth operation of project flow from start to end.
3. 3. Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
4. 4. Understand Project plans and Specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
5. 5. Read and extract bill of quantity from drawings.
6. 6. Drafting of AutoCAD drawing, layout drawing, shop drawing & electrical line diagram.
7. 7. Regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
8. 8. Manage Project Payment Claim.
9. 9. Follow up on project and work schedule.
10. 10. Maintain control of all project submission and documentation.
11. 11. Monitor fabrication and production progress.
12. 12. Maintain/update project records.
13. 13. Assist the project team with site safety documentation and coordination.
14. 14. Assist the project team with documenting job progress, schedule.
15. 15. Creating and distributing project closeout material, as-build drawings, O and M manuals to owner once project is complete
16. 16. Document filing and control, file and retrieve corporate documents, records and report including digitised them into the computer system in each of their respective folder
17. 17. Data entry into the company software.
18. 18. Check and reply of emails from client.
19. 19. Provide engineering assistance.
20. 20. Assist in preparation of ISO documentation.
21. 21. SETSCO/STS/PSB coordination.
