Job summary

PAN SING PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution. You will liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to keep schedules on track.

The role requires reading construction drawings, proficiency in MS Office, and preferably AutoCAD knowledge. You will participate in site inspections, maintain documentation, and coordinate materials and deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of construction coordination experience; facade/aluminium/glazing is a plus.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Proficient with MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to visit construction sites and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on project-related matters.
• Monitor and follow up on project schedules, site progress, and installation activities.
• Ensure installation works are carried out in accordance with approved construction drawings and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, progress reports, and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and site logistics to ensure timely availability of resources.
• Maintain proper records of site inspections, material deliveries, and project activities.
• Arrange and coordinate site inspections and testing with relevant parties, including RTO/RE.
• Follow up on material submissions, shop drawings, samples, and mock-up approvals.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, and discrepancies to the Project Manager for timely resolution.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with site safety and quality requirements.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
