UNDERGROUND TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an administrator with a focus on logistics and public relations at the project site. The role includes admin tasks, PRO duties, and proactive coordination with contractors, consultants, residents, authorities, and other stakeholders to mitigate issues.

You will handle complaints, plan PR activities related to project progress, and report updates to management while maintaining comprehensive site records.

• Ability to manage complaints and liaise with multiple parties.

Responsibilities

• Handle general office administration & PRO duty at project site.
• Manage complaints or feedback and take remedial actions.
• Work with Contractors, Project Manager, Consultants, Residents, Authorities and others to mitigate complaints.
• Plan and launch public relations activities related to project progress.
• Coordinate and report on PR matters to site management.
• Maintain records and keep documentation up to date.
