Job summary

TIMBERPARK PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Manager to lead construction activities on our projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to drive objectives and monitor progress from start to finish.

You will manage foremen and site teams, ensure equipment and materials are available, control costs, and enforce health, safety, and regulatory standards while keeping daily and weekly deadlines on track.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors on project objectives.
• Ability to manage site foremen and teams and motivate performance.
• Strong oversight of equipment, budgets, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Approving purchase requests and ensuring equipment availability on site.
• Ensuring construction starts and ends on time and deadlines are met.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Issuing SI's and VOs to project management.
• Conducting ongoing quality inspections.
