Job summary

Tong Yi Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Site Construction Manager to oversee daily operations on our Singapore project sites.

You will supervise site personnel, subcontractors and consultants, ensuring work is performed to specifications, on schedule and within budget. You will coordinate closely with clients and authorities, monitor progress and quality, and drive safe practices and efficiency across activities.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
Strong communication skills with clients, consultants and internal teams.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and method statements.
Familiarity with Singapore safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites.
Capable of managing deadlines, budgets and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure safety, on-time delivery and within budget.
Supervise site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors and workers per project drawings and specs.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and clients on project requirements.
Monitor progress, manpower, material usage and schedules to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain project documentation, progress reports and risk assessments.
