Job summary

BNL Services Pte Ltd is seeking an operations manager to oversee multiple cleaning and stewarding project sites in Singapore. You will plan and deploy manpower to meet daily operational needs and ensure service standards and KPIs are met at all times.

Responsibilities include supervising site staff, handling client feedback, coordinating with HR on recruitment and deployment, and ensuring safety regulations and company policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of operations management experience (Cleaning / Stewarding preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to handle multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with cleaning industry standards and procedures.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple cleaning and stewarding project sites.
• Plan and deploy manpower effectively to meet operational needs.
• Ensure service standards and KPIs are met at all times.
• Handle client feedback, site inspections, and service recovery.
• Supervise and guide site supervisors and ground staff.
• Manage staff attendance, performance, and discipline matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with HR on recruitment and staff deployment.
