• Experience in operations management for site installation of equipment or related fields.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership in engineering companies.
• Experience of working in SMEs and/or subcontractor environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a multi-racial and multi-cultural environment.
• Experience with management of foreign workers.
• Able to travel overseas for business trips.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the company and its people.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of projects and overall operation of the company.
• Plan and manage internal and external resources to ensure project PICs can complete projects on time, on budget and with good quality.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
