Qualifications

• Experience in operations, facilities, site coordination or supervisory roles.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility and site operations to ensure safe, timely progress.
• Review project drawings and schedules to support execution.
• Supervise staff attendance, performance and daily operations.
• Coordinate maintenance and inspect equipment/emergency systems.
• Attend to operational incidents and prepare reports.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams on operational matters.
• Onboard and train staff when required.
• Ensure work progresses against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
