Job summary

Shing Leck Engineering Service Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site & Project Operations professional to oversee multiple worksites on Jurong Island in Singapore. You will coordinate manpower, equipment and materials to meet project timelines while liaising with clients on schedules and access.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a proven track record in site operations, safety compliance, and managing cross-functional teams across several projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Construction Management or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple site projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple worksites on Jurong Island.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, tools and materials.
• Monitor progress to meet project schedules and client requirements.
• Act as main operations contact for clients on site matters and updates.
• Ensure safety, training and compliance with site rules and company procedures.
• Lead site supervisors and optimise manpower utilisation.
• Prepare reports on project progress and operational issues.
