Job summary

AVON INTEGRATED SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on manpower supervisor to recruit and deploy workers for sites, and to manage daily operations on site.

You will plan rosters, resolve ground issues, handle client complaints, coach staff, and ensure contract standards are met with strong English, MS Office skills, and the ability to work six days including public holidays.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holders required.
• 2-3 years hands-on manpower management experience preferred.
• Able to work 6 days including public holidays and last-minute assignments.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and deploy workers/supervisors for existing and new sites.
• Effectively instruct and manage manpower on site to ensure daily operations.
• Plan and schedule rosters based on available manpower.
• Take charge and resolve operational ground issues when needed.
• Handle clients’ complaints and attend to emergency calls.
• Fulfil clients’ expectations and maintain good customer relations.
• Coach and guide direct reports on work-related issues.
• Ensure a high standard of performance per contract requirements.
• Conduct inspections to monitor and evaluate staff performance and take corrective actions.
• Any additional duties, including hands-on duties, as required.
• Positive attitude; able to work independently and in a team.
