Job summary

CHEONG FONG CONSTRUCTION RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee plumbing, drainage and sanitary installations, lead field teams, and ensure projects run safely, on time and within budget.

You will coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and clients, enforce quality and safety standards, review shop drawings, track progress, manage sub-contractors, and maintain accurate site records.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensuring work meets approved drawings and specifications.
• Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and coordinate site supervisors, direct labour teams, and sub-contractors.
• Progress & Scheduling: Track project milestones, manage materials procurement, and ensure the project remains on timeline and within budget.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all workmanship complies with quality standards, engineering designs, and building regulations.
• Safety Management: Enforce strict workplace health and safety protocols on-site to maintain a zero-accident environment.
• Technical Coordination: Resolve on-site technical discrepancies, review shop drawings, and coordinate closely with MEP engineers and main contractors.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate site diaries, progress reports, variation orders, and material inspection records.
