Job summary

UTOC ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a site-focused professional to oversee daily progress, organize workflows, and ensure timely delivery of assignments. You will interpret engineering drawings, apply QC/HSE plans, coordinate materials and equipment, and track progress using MS project tools.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant site management experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical competency in engineering practices and site management.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress of site activities and prepare detailed daily status reports for each assignment
• Organize and plan work schedules and tasks for assigned crew to optimize productivity and meet project timelines
• Interpret and apply knowledge of equipment drawings, piping isometrics, and structural drawings to support project execution
• Execute QC and HSE compliance according to site procedures and HSE plans
• Coordinate and organize materials, services, and equipment required for job completion to ensure smooth operations
• Plan project activities in alignment with client requirements to deliver expected outcomes
• Utilize MS software, including project management tools, to track and manage project progress and documentation
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and coordination
