Job summary

Gunung Construction & Engineering is seeking a Site Manager for civil and infrastructure works in Singapore. The role requires supervising diverse works, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring safety and quality on site.

You will liaise with clients, consultants and authorities, lead site engineers and supervisors, and manage daily records, programmes and progress reporting for timely milestones.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in Singapore construction with 3+ years in site management.
• Experience in reinforced concrete, steel erection and infrastructure works.
• Strong ability to read drawings and specs; coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise daily civil, structural, architectural, and infrastructure works.
• Oversee concrete works, piling interfaces, steel erection, precast and finishes.
• Coordinate roadworks, drainage, utilities and traffic arrangements.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs, and method statements.
• Prepare programs, schedules, manpower and material plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to milestones.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities on site matters and inspections.
• Ensure safety with WSH compliance and site housekeeping.
• Monitor quality, inspections and rectify defects.
• Attend progress meetings and handover activities.
