Qualifications

• Remuneration Package: Up to S$9,000 per month

• Contract Duration: 1 year with the full contract period confirmed

• Work Location: West, Company Transport provided at designated point

• Work Arrangement: Fully on-site, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm and Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 5pm

The Opportunity

Our client is an established technology solutions provider delivering advanced systems across automation, artificial intelligence, access control and large-scale infrastructure projects.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the next phase of a major infrastructure and technology installation project. You will oversee daily site activities, maintain high safety and quality standards, and ensure installation works are completed according to the agreed project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and hardware installation activities.

• Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are completed according to schedule.

• Lead and coordinate a team of Safety and Site Coordinators.

• Manage the activities of subcontractors, in-house personnel and other site stakeholders.

• Enforce site safety requirements and ensure strict compliance with established safety protocols.

• Review architectural drawings and identify discrepancies between approved designs and actual site conditions.

• Coordinate civil, architectural and M&E-related site activities, while working closely with the Project Manager leading the civil works.

• Prepare and submit the necessary site permit applications before work commences.

• Maintain accurate site reports, progress updates, drawings and project documentation.

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure that workmanship meets the required standards.

• Identify potential site risks, safety concerns and project delays, and implement the appropriate corrective actions.

• Liaise with consultants, engineers and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational matters.

• Recommend practical technical or value-engineering solutions where appropriate.

Key Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of site experience within construction, infrastructure, civil works or an M&E environment.

• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, with the ability to identify design discrepancies and site-related issues.

• Familiarity with site permit applications, site reporting and Singapore authority requirements.

• Sound knowledge of workplace safety requirements and site risk management.

• Proven ability to supervise site teams, subcontractors and installation activities.

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

• Independent, resourceful and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of 3D SolidWorks and value engineering would be advantageous.
