Job summary

Triton AI Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Site Manager for a major infrastructure and technology installation project. You will oversee daily site operations, ensure safety, maintain quality, and keep the project on schedule.

The role requires a Civil Engineering qualification, at least five years of site experience, and strong leadership to coordinate subcontractors and internal teams. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is essential; SolidWorks knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of site experience in construction, infrastructure, or M&E environments.
• Strong ability to read architectural drawings and identify discrepancies and site issues.
• Familiarity with site permit applications, reporting, and Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and management of site teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and hardware installation activities.
• Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Lead and coordinate Safety and Site Coordinators.
• Manage subcontractors and in-house personnel on site.
• Enforce safety requirements and compliance with protocols.
• Review drawings and resolve discrepancies between plans and site conditions.
• Coordinate civil, architectural and M&E activities with the Project Manager.
• Prepare and submit site permits before work starts.
• Maintain site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship standards.
• Identify site risks and delays and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Recommend value-engineering solutions where appropriate.
