Job summary

COMMONWEALTH GLASTEELUM (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a project management professional to lead site staff, maintain project docs and schedules, and review plans for design, cost-saving opportunities, and potential issues. Regular technical/site meetings ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met.

The role requires a Diploma or ITE Certificate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience and familiarity with AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE Certificate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or higher qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Familiar with AutoCAD software.

• Handle full spectrum of project management, lead and manage site staff.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project schedules.
