Job summary

Handle full spectrum of project management, lead and manage site staff. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project schedules. Review project plans and specifications, feedback on the design, scheduling, and cost‑saving measures and identify potential construction problems. Conduct regular technical / site/coordination meetings to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are fully met. Prepare project deficiency lists and monitor projects towards timely completion according to schedule. Perform risk management, and enforce site safety standards are in order.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITE Certificate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or higher qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Familiar with AutoCAD software.
