Job summary

Psj Engineering is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on site, coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

You will monitor progress, conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality, ensure health and safety compliance, maintain records, and assist with handover and completion activities, focusing on timely delivery and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Manage workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities.
• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and site problems.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Check materials, equipment, and workmanship before and during installation.
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports, manpower records, and inspection reports.
• Monitor the use of materials and equipment to minimize waste and unnecessary costs.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and issues.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions on the construction site.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, and rectification of defective work.
• Assist with project handover, final inspections, and completion activities
